Greg Mudge St.

Greg Mudge was the founder of Mudgie’s Deli and a true pillar of the Corktown community. Since opening the doors in 2008, Greg didn’t just serve legendary sandwiches—he built a space where neighbors became friends and local makers found support. He championed Detroit’s food scene, lifted up small businesses, and showed up for Corktown in ways big and small. Greg’s impact reached far beyond the deli’s walls—he helped define the soul of the neighborhood.
